All websites, services, addons, applications, widgets, solutions, and plugins created by Zaling Corporation are offered under the following Terms of Service:

By installing a product or using a service "Services" created by Zaling Corporation. (“Zaling” or “us”), you are agreeing to these terms of service (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”).

Changes to Zaling Corporation and Zaling Corporation's services

Zaling Corporation reserves the right at any time (and from time to time) to modify, suspend, or discontinue providing it's services or any part thereof with or without notice. Zaling Corporation will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of it's services.

Terms of Sale

Unless otherwise specified you are only purchasing a monthly premium service plan. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial sale. You can cancel services at any time, however a refund is only available in the 14 day trial period. For renewing plans, a refund is only available within 3 business days for the most recent renewal charge.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF ZALING'S SERVICES, AND ALL CODE AND CONTENT, ARE AT YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK. THE SERVICES AND ALL CODE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. ZALING AND EACH USER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEITHER ZALING NOR ANY USER MAKES ANY WARRANTY THAT ZALING'S SERVICE, OR AND CODE OR CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zaling Corporation, and its subsidiaries, parent companies, owners, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, from and against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to

1. any Code or Content you or your site's users submit, post, transmit, or make available through Zaling Corporation's Services;
2. your use or misuse of the Zaling Corporation's Services;
3. your connection to the Zaling Corporation's Services;
4. your violation of these Terms; or
5. your violation of any rights (including intellectual property rights) of a third party.

Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT ZALING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR (A) ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ZALING HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE Zaling Corporation'S SERVICES OR ANY CODE OR CONTENT, (ii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSION OF DATA; AND (iii) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING ANOTHER USER) IN ZALING'S SERVICE OR ANY CODE OR CONTENT; OR (B) FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS.

Updates to Terms of Service

These Terms may be updated or changed by Zaling Corporation from time to time upon Zaling Corporation's posting of the amended Terms on this page. If you do not agree to changes to the Terms, you must remove Zaling Corporation's services from your network.

In addition to these Terms, you will comply with all policies applicable to Zaling Corporation and Zaling Corporation's Services, which policies are (i) either posted on Zaling Corporation's Website or provided to you and (ii) incorporated by reference into these Terms.
